Join our dynamic ministry team as our Youth Pastor! This exciting role offers the opportunity to oversee and inspire all aspects of our vibrant youth ministry, including Sunday Bible Study, Discipleship development, Missions, Music, and Outreach. You will develop and implement a visionary strategy to deeply engage and minister to students and their families, helping them grow in faith and community. Collaborating with the church council, state representatives, and the budget and finance committee, you'll help shape the direction of our youth ministry through an annual calendar and budget, while keeping the congregation updated on its impactful work. You’ll recruit, train, and mentor youth leaders to ensure they are empowered to guide and support our youth. In addition, you’ll lead our Wednesday night Bible study and praise and worship sessions, creating an environment for spiritual growth and transformation. As a Youth Pastor, you’ll serve as a role model for the congregation, living out traditional Baptist principles and customs, while being a positive influence on the youth you lead.
