Service Description

The church does not stop and needs don't disappear when the local church is without a lead pastor. There are ongoing ministries that need to thrive. The pastor search team needs to be selected and trained. Weekend services need to be planned. The church needs to be able to transition successfully from one pastor to another and that is what the Transitional Pastor service does. Jimmy is a trained Transitional Pastor who has served 12 churches successfully in transition. Time commitment and cost varies upon the location of the church and needs of the church body.
