Southside Baptist Church Griffin is seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Worship
Leader to join our ministry team. The ideal candidate will have a heart for worship, a strong
understanding of Southern Baptist beliefs, and the ability to lead both hymns and contemporary
music in our services. This role is vital in creating an uplifting worship experience that fosters
spiritual growth and community engagement. The candidate will work closely with the Senior
Pastor to maintain a multigenerational worship environment to usher our
congregation to the heart of worship, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Qualifications:
• At Southside we understand that you are unable to gain experience until given the
opportunity. Therefore, we are willing to work with and assist the right candidate as he
gains experience in what God has called him to.
• Proficiency in playing an instrument (piano or guitar preferred) and leading vocalists.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A heart for ministry and a desire to grow in faith alongside the congregation.
